All the grievances of the staff should be referred to this committee. Committee tries to settle the issues amicably in a time bound manner. Introduces a reasonable and reliable solution for grievances of various issues received from staff members. Ensures that the grievances are resolved on time impartially and confidentially.

 

Functions:

  • To make awareness on the grievances among faculty and staff community.
  • To be a part in imparting the quality environment by addressing issues of employees.
  • To analyze and forward all received complaints to the concerned departments for necessary action.
  • To record documents as per department wise and also keep the information of the parties involved in safe custody.
